A leading recruitment firm is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to oversee real estate sales operations in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have 12 to 15 years of experience in the property sales industry and will be responsible for developing sales strategies, engaging with clients, and training sales teams. This full-time position emphasizes strong communication skills and a deep understanding of diverse cultural needs. Candidates currently residing in Dubai are preferred.

This will be a full time position based in Dubai reporting directly to Company’s Oman office and selling Oman properties for nationals in their countries and in Dubai.
