Job summary
A high growth holding company in Abu Dhabi is looking for an AP Accountant to manage journal entries, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting, with ACCA/CPA/CA qualifications being a plus. Strong experience of 2+ years is required for successful performance in handling monthly bank reconciliations and maintaining accurate financial records. This position offers a fantastic opportunity for professional growth in a dynamic team environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting is required.
- ACCA/CPA/CA qualification is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities
- Post journal entries accurately.
- Maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Manage filing and documentation.

- Posting journal entries.
- Maintaining accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Maintaining ageing of the receivable and payable.
- Performing bank reconciliations on a monthly basis and identifying the discrepancies and taking the necessary measures to resolve.
- Filing and document management.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
- ACCA/CPA/CA will be a plus.
- 2+ years of experience.
