Merchandiser Specialist (Malayalee/Egyptian)
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Merchandiser Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As a Merchandiser Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are displayed and organized in a visually appealing and strategic manner to attract customers. This position is open to Malayalee or Egyptian candidates who have strong communication skills in English.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify current trends and customer preferences
- Create attractive displays and arrange products in an organized manner
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective merchandising strategies
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with suppliers for timely restocking
- Ensure that all products are properly labeled with accurate pricing information
- Train and supervise other merchandisers to maintain consistency in product placement
- Regularly review sales data to make recommendations for product promotions or markdowns
- Travel to different locations as needed for merchandising set-ups or events

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail
- Strong communication skills in English, fluency in Malayalam or Arabic is a plus
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
- Flexibility to work on weekends or during non-traditional hours if needed
