Job summary

A leading automotive e-commerce company in Dubai is seeking a Workshop Supervisor to oversee workshop operations. The candidate will manage technicians and ensure quality repairs in line with time and safety standards. A minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in an automotive dealership is required, along with a diploma in a related field. Effective communication skills in English, with Arabic being advantageous, will help in driving team performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as supervisor in a reputed automotive dealership.
  • Knowledge in mechanical, electrical & body repairs.
  • Good communicator in English; Arabic an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure optimum utilization of available workshop technicians.
  • Allocate job cards to align jobs with skills and maximize throughput.
  • Review pre-order forms to confirm parts requirements.
  • Ensure quality checks on finished jobs are done.
  • Prepare quotations and coordinate with service advisors.
  • Review workshop figures to monitor operational targets.
