A leading interior design firm in Dubai is seeking an experienced Interior Designing Sales Lead to manage sales operations and enhance client relationships. The candidate will be responsible for understanding client needs, preparing design proposals, and ensuring effective communication throughout the sales cycle. The ideal applicant must have 3 to 5 years of relevant sales experience, demonstrate strong negotiation and presentation skills, and possess a customer-first mindset. A valid UAE driving license is preferred.

We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Interior Designing Sales Lead to oversee sales operations, convert high-value leads, and manage client relationships for our interior design projects. The ideal candidate will understand interior design concepts, project workflows, and client expectations, while leading the sales pipeline from inquiry to contract signing.

This role requires strong sales expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to present design solutions confidently to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries for interior design projects.
  • Meet clients, understand their requirements, and present suitable design solutions.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, cost estimates, and project presentations.
  • Work closely with the design and project teams to create accurate proposals.
  • Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting, consultation, negotiation, and closing.
  • Develop strategies to increase lead conversions and monthly revenue.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and contractors.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain updates in the CRM system.
  • Represent the company at client meetings, site visits, and industry events.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets with consistency.
