In this role, you will provide high-quality patient care while adhering to the regulations and standards set forth by the Ministry of Health (MOH). Key Responsibilities

1. Perform patient assessments to identify health issues and establish individual care plans
2. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accuracy and adherence to safety protocols
3. Monitor patients' health status, documenting changes and communicating effectively with the healthcare team
4. Educate patients and their families on health management, disease prevention, and treatment options
5. Maintain accurate, thorough medical records and documentation in compliance with MOH standards
6. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for patients
7. Provide support, comfort, and counseling to patients and their families as needed

Requirements

1. Valid MOH (Ministry of Health) license as a Registered Nurse
2. Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification
