Job Purpose:

To manage and supervise on-site installation and inspection of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to approved designs and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise installation of HVAC ducting, chilled water piping, FCUs, AHUs, exhaust fans, and plumbing/sanitary systems.
• Monitor execution of drainage, water supply, and firefighting networks per IFC/shop drawings and authority codes.
• Ensure compliance with ASHRAE, SMACNA, IPC, and Civil Defense regulations.
• Verify delivered materials against specifications and ensure correct installation practices.
• Coordinate with electrical and civil teams for smooth site integration.
• Issue and follow up on IRs, MIRs, and snag lists.
• Maintain daily progress reports, manpower logs, and site quality records.
• Support commissioning, testing, and final handover procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 4–6 years of experience in mechanical works supervision in MEP contracting firms in UAE/GCC.
• Familiar with Dubai Municipality, Civil Defense, and other authority codes.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
