The primary focus of this role is to ensure all vehicle services, repairs, and diagnostics meet the highest standards of quality and safety. Operating within a dynamic workshop environment, the Quality Controller systematically inspects completed work, identifies defects or non-conformities, and collaborates closely with technicians and service teams to uphold manufacturer quality standards and enhance customer satisfaction.

• Diploma or certification in Automotive Technology or related field
• IMI LV L2 or equivalent
• High Level Brand Certification (e.g., Diagnostic Master, Gold, Level 3)
• 3–4 years’ experience in automotive quality control, preferably in a dealer service environment
• Valid UAE driver’s license
• Strong understanding of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and repair procedures
• Experience with inspections and quality assurance standards
• Knowledge of Volvo vehicles, systems, and repair procedures is highly desirable
• Experience with quality management systems (QMS) and inspection tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment

1. Experience with diagnostics of electric vehicles
2. Technical experience and ISO 9002 certification
3. Proficient with Microsoft Office and SAP
4. Effective communication skills

Reporting to the Aftersales Manager, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders.
