Ontime Group is seeking a compassionate and skilled DHA Registered Nurse to join our Doctor On Time HomeCare this essential role you will provide highquality nursing care to patients in the comfort of their homes ensuring their health and wellbeing through personalized care approaches.

• Deliver individualized nursing care to patients at home which includes assessing their health conditions administering medications and performing treatments as per care plans
• Conduct comprehensive health assessments to identify patient needs and develop appropriate care plans in collaboration with healthcare providers
• Educate patients and their families on health management medication adherence and disease prevention strategies
• Monitor patients progress and report any changes in their health status to the healthcare team
• Ensure adherence to infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment for patients
• Document all care activities maintaining accurate and uptodate patient records
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families to support their understanding of care processes and decisions

• Valid DHA (Dubai Health Authority) license as a Registered Nurse
• Bachelors degree in Nursing or equivalent
• Minimum insert number years of experience in nursing preferably in home healthcare
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of best practices in nursing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on patientcentered care
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a home care environment
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of care and professionalism
• Valid BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• Flexibility to travel to patients homes and accommodate varying schedules
