Land surveyor vacancy in Umm-al-Qaiwain UAE

Job Title: Land Surveyor
Location: Umm-al-Qaiwain, UAE
Salary: 1200 AED per month

We are looking for an experienced and qualified Land Surveyor to join our team in Umm-al-Qaiwain. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting land surveys and collecting data that will be used for mapping and engineering projects.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, as well as significant experience in the land surveying field. They should also possess strong problem solving skills, excellent communication, and analytical skills. We are open to considering foreigners for this role.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct detailed surveys of land using specialized surveying instruments
  • Collect data on land features such as elevation, boundaries, contours, etc.
  • Prepare survey reports detailing the findings of the survey
  • Develop maps and charts based on survey data
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure that design requirements are met accurately
  • Ensure accuracy of survey results by double checking calculations and measurements
  • Provide technical advice when necessary
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Professional certification or license is preferred but not required
  • At least 3 years of experience in land surveying or related field
  • Proficiency with specialized surveying instruments, software programs and GPS systems
