- Develop comprehensive project plans and specify project scope, goals, deliverables, and deliverable timelines.
- Lead cross‑functional project teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of project goals.
- Monitor and report on progress of projects, addressing any issues or risks that arise during execution.
- Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
- Implement best practices and methodologies for project management, ensuring adherence to defined processes.
- Facilitate meetings and status updates to promote transparency and effective communication among teams.
- Oversee project budgets, resource allocation, and scheduling to maximize efficiency.
- Act as the point of contact for all project‑related communications.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in project management, especially in the technology sector.
- Proficient in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
- Strong understanding of technical concepts related to software development and IT infrastructure.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate teams.
- Solid analytical and problem‑solving skills, with attention to detail.
