They are seeking a senior professional to join their Client Solutions team, helping to shape and lead investor engagement strategy across key markets. What the job involves
- This is a high-impact role at the intersection of investor relations, fundraising, and business strategy. Rather than broad-based outreach, the focus is on deep, strategic engagement with a select group of global LPs and partners
- Lead investor engagement across a defined region (Asia or Europe), developing and executing a structured plan for deepening strategic relationships
- Partner closely with senior leadership and investment teams to position the firm's platform and product suite effectively across asset classes
- Shape and execute fundraising strategies in coordination with internal stakeholders and, where relevant, external placement agents
- Leverage the firm's exceptional global network of portfolio companies, funds, and investors to enhance institutional partnerships
- Provide market insight and feedback to leadership on investor priorities and competitive positioning
- Represent the firm externally at key events and investor meetings, ensuring a consistent and compelling message across all channels
- Proven experience in fundraising, investor relations, or client solutions within a leading global private markets firm
- A track record of building and managing long-term institutional relationships with sophisticated global LPs
- Strong strategic mindset - able to design structured approaches to market coverage rather than relying on volume outreach
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex investment strategies with clarity and credibility
- Collaborative approach, comfortable operating within a global, high-performance team environment
- Desire to be based full-time in the UAE, with flexibility for international travel as required
