Job description

A well-rounded professional capable of managing projects, leading teams, maintaining technical proficiency, and fostering client relationships.

• Demonstrate proficiency with Building Services Codes and Standards both local and international.
• Oversee the performance of team members and subcontractors and resolve issues as needed. Provide technical advice and support professional development.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, ensure smooth project delivery, adopt technical excellence within the team, and promote creative and innovative design.
• Act as a Project Leader on selected projects.
• Ability to manage projects from conception to completion
• Understanding of commercial elements of projects.
• Manage workload and update forward plans. Work to time allocations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Confidence in presenting design ideas to clients.
• Deliver client presentations on assigned projects, represent the company at meetings with clients and contractors when required.
• Contribute to bid preparation, tender reviews, and proposal development.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must have a relevant Degree in Building Services Engineering with a specialization in Electrical Engineering.
• Must have a minimum of 15 years of experience with at least 5 years in the Middle East preferably.
• Design Consultancy experience preferred.
• Chartered Engineer Status would be advantageous CIBSE or IET preferred.
