Job summary
A leading healthcare provider in Dubai is looking for a dedicated nurse to provide patient-centric care according to regulatory standards. The position requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and at least two years of relevant experience. Essential skills include knowledge of patient safety standards and proficiency in English, with basic Arabic preferred. Qualifications
- Must possess valid BLS and ACLS certifications.
- At least two years of nursing experience in own country is essential.
- Paediatric Oncology nursing experience is desired.
Responsibilities
- Deliver quality patient care in collaboration with the multi professional team.
- Ensure patient safety by identifying and managing risks.
- Create a conducive environment for positive patient experiences.
- Mentor and coach nursing learners and employees.
