Education
Foreman. Requires tried and tested experience as a fit-out/construction supervisor with thorough expertise in fit-out procedures, equipment, and OSH standards. Must be able to review drawings and plans, communicate effectively, and lead a team to ensure safety, quality, and on-time project delivery.

- Ensure manpower and resources are sufficient to complete tasks.

- Monitor expenditures and keep projects within budget.
- Resolve problems as they arise and report progress to managers and designers.
- Adhere to site safety, compliance, and company policies.
- Proven experience as a fit-out/construction supervisor.
- Thorough knowledge of fit-out procedures, equipment, and OSH standards.
- Ability to review drawings and plans and extract actionable information.
- Strong business acumen and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
- Mathematical proficiency and problem-solving capabilities.
- Good physical condition and stamina.
- High school diploma or a diploma in a trade (electrician, woodworker, etc.).
