The ideal candidate will have 6–7 years of experience, including diagnostic skills and customer service expertise. Responsibilities include managing customer bookings, performing quality repairs, and ensuring compliance with Volvo standards. Qualifications

  • 6–7 years of experience as a Light Vehicle Technician.
  • At least 2 years as a Diagnostic Technician.
  • Ability to interpret repair manuals and OEM guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer booking and follow-up for satisfaction.
  • Complete work order administration including invoicing.
  • Perform diagnosis and general repairs as per Volvo standards.

Skills

Education

IMI LV Master Technician (L3–4) or equivalent certification
