Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in RF products assembly, integration, and tests for defense and/or space applications.
• Experience on RF solid-state power amplifiers, receivers, and antennas near-field tests is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform the integration, tuning, and tests of RF products.
• Manage and lead execution of near-field tuning and tests of AESA antennas.
• Oversee validation of antenna performance in the near-field environment.
• Contribute to troubleshooting near-field technical challenges.
• Work closely with software/hardware engineering on product integration.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation.
• Act as a mentor and technical referent for junior technicians.
