IT SUPPORT STAFF: Knowledgeable in hardware, networking, cabling, switches, patch panels, connectivity, PC troubleshooting both hardware and software, knows Outlook, Office 365, Windows and Mac OS.
PRINTING MACHINE TECHNICIAN: Assist in troubleshooting and diagnosing printer issues, both hardware and software. Perform routine maintenance and service on a variety of printers, including laser, inkjet, and multifunction devices. Support the installation and configuration of printers at client sites. Document service requests and resolutions in the ticketing system to maintain clear communication with clients and team members. Participate in training sessions to enhance technical knowledge and skills. Contribute to the development of best practices for printer maintenance and service protocols.
