We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mason to join our team in Abu Dhabi United Arab Emirates. As a Mason you will be responsible for performing various masonry tasks including the maintenance and repair of floors walls and marble surfaces throughout our facilities.

• Carry out masonry work on walls floors and other structures as directed by supervisors
• Perform repairs to wall plaster renderings and tile work in both interior and exterior building areas
• Erect new walls and demolish existing ones as required
• Conduct grouting and maintain marble surfaces
• Respond promptly to work requests especially those concerning health and safety
• Follow safe work practices and procedures at all times
• Ensure environmentally friendly practices when handling materials and chemicals
• Maintain and repair all civil works according to preventive maintenance programs
• Complete work orders efficiently and document activities in the Civil log book
• Collaborate with team members and participate in departmental meetings
• Assist in evaluating equipment usage and maintaining equipment catalogs
• Respond to guest requests professionally and courteously

• High school diploma or equivalent; related technical or trades certification preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a mason or civil technician preferably in the hospitality industry
• Proficiency in all aspects of masonry refurbishment and maintenance
• Basic knowledge of building operations and other construction skills
• Ability to use general repair tools and read shop drawings and specifications
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
• Excellent problem solving skills and ability to work independently
• Physical stamina and strength to perform demanding tasks
• Strict adherence to safety protocols and procedures
• Ability to work in various weather conditions
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Customer focused attitude and ability to work in a team environment
• Flexibility to respond to changing priorities and emergency situations

• Experience is an asset
• Prior experience working with related system
• Strong interpersonal and problemsolving abilities
• Fluency in English Additional Language is an added advantage.
