Site Engineer

We are looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented Site Engineer with 3 to 5 years of UAE experience in the construction or maintenance of bridge projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing site activities coordinating with project stakeholders and ensuring timely and quality delivery of works in compliance with approved drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise day‑to‑day site activities related to bridge construction and maintenance works.
  • Coordinate with the Project Engineer, Consultants and Contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Interpret and implement construction drawings, technical specifications and method statements.
  • Monitor progress, ensure work is carried out as per schedule and report any delays or technical issues.
  • Ensure all site work complies with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Prepare daily site reports, progress updates and material consumption logs.
  • Conduct inspections and assist in the preparation of inspection requests for completed work.
  • Identify site challenges and propose effective solutions in consultation with the engineering team.
  • Support in procurement planning, material tracking and site logistics.
  • Ensure effective communication with the workforce and provide technical guidance when needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
  • 3 to 5 years of UAE-based experience in bridge construction or maintenance projects.
  • Valid UAE Driving License is required.
Additional Information
  • Solid understanding of structural elements, construction methods and site procedures.
  • Familiarity with local construction standards, safety regulations and quality control processes.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office; knowledge of site management tools is an advantage.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
