Job summary

A leading airline is seeking a B1 Lead Mechanic to supervise maintenance activities ensuring timely aircraft serviceability. The role involves managing all maintenance tasks, ensuring safety standards, and coordinating with various operational teams. Candidates should have a current DAC License B1 (Mechanical) with A320 Rating, and 8 years of aircraft maintenance experience on the Airbus A320 family. Strong troubleshooting and communication skills are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Holds a current DAC License B1 (Mechanical) with A320 Rating and company approval.
• Knowledge of troubleshooting complex aircraft systems (engines, hydraulics, avionics).
• Experience with AMOS, ETLB, and all company systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervising maintenance activities for aircraft serviceability.
• Managing maintenance activities in support of the Maintenance Manager.
• Ensuring compliance with Air Arabia and regulatory standards.
