Overview

China State Construction Middle East (CSCEC ME) is recruiting a Logistics Manager to join our construction team in newly awarded Large Scale High Rise Tower Project in Dubai.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Plan site setup for efficient movement of labor, materials, and equipment, including site accommodation and security.


• Develop internal and external logistics routes, focusing on vehicle, machinery, and people separation.


• Manage traffic and vehicle control, road cleanliness, and weighbridges.


• Coordinate site accommodation installation and manage site facilities.


• Control and schedule materials delivery and storage to support the program.


• Create operational procedures, site inductions, and maintain induction records.


• Manage logistics meetings and ensure integration with the project schedule.


• Oversee logistics for subcontractors, supply chain, and evaluate logistics suppliers.


• Ensure equipment and vehicles are operated safely, inspected, and maintained.


• Organize resources and staff to meet project deadlines, including extended hours.


• Manage site security, compliance with regulations, and ensure workforce competency.


• Maintain records, asset registers, and report key performance indicators (KPIs).
