The Valet General Manager of Operations is responsible for leading all aspects of valet service delivery across multiple locations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences while maximizing operational efficiency and profitability. This role includes developing standardized operating procedures for vehicle handling, training staff on luxury service protocols, and implementing advanced technology solutions such as valet ticketing systems and GPS tracking to enhance performance. Key responsibilities include analyzing parking volume data, optimizing team schedules for peak periods, and ensuring compliance with insurance requirements and local regulations. The Valet General Manager coordinates VIP arrivals at high-profile events, manages logistics for hospital valet stands, and provides hands-on leadership to maintain consistent service standards across varied client environments. Acting as the primary liaison with property partners, the manager negotiates contracts, delivers performance reviews, and ensures adherence to service level agreements.
