This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a proven track record in building operational systems from the ground up and driving strategic initiatives in dynamic, high-growth environments.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Execution
  • Own business reporting and dashboards to keep the team aligned on priorities.
  • Act as a thought partner in key decisions and provide a strategic sounding board.
  • Drive forward strategic initiatives, ensuring execution always connects back to long-term goals.
Process Design & Automation
  • Identify inefficiencies and design scalable, streamlined processes.
  • Introduce frameworks and cadences that drive focus, collaboration, and alignment.
  • Implement tools and systems that improve accountability and reduce operational friction.
  • Champion automation and structured documentation to build resilience.
Project & Program Management
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives end-to-end, applying structured methodologies such as OKRs, Agile, or Kanban.
  • Drive clarity, discipline, and accountability across teams and projects.
Org & Team Operations
  • Oversee governance, reporting, and compliance across the group’s entities.
  • Build and manage internal processes that support growth, including hiring, onboarding, and performance cycles.
  • Support functional leaders in strengthening operational maturity.
  • Contribute to building a culture that balances speed with precision.
Qualifications & Experience
  • 6–10 years of experience in operations, strategic programs, or consulting, with time spent in high-growth startups or scale-ups (Series A–B+ preferred).
  • Experience within the fintech Industry is mandatory
  • B2B/B2C/B2G Experience
  • Strong operational track record, having built and scaled processes and systems successfully.
  • A structured thinker who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments.
  • Excellent project management, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
