The Operations Manager / Facility Manager will oversee the maintenance and management of all facilities across company projects. This role requires ensuring operational efficiency, safety, and environmental compliance while enhancing the functionality, comfort, and safety of our facilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facility management operations, ensuring services are timely and cost-effective.
• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance for building systems, equipment, and infrastructure.
• Negotiate and manage vendor/service contracts, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations.
• Implement and enforce HSE standards, maintaining a safe work environment.
• Develop and manage budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure cost efficiency.
• Lead, mentor, and train facility management teams.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders regarding facility matters.
• Implement quality control measures and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Plan and manage renovation/construction projects to improve facilities.
• Track and manage facility assets for efficiency and longevity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s / FM certifications like IFMA, FMP, CFM are a plus).
• 8–10 years of facility management experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial role in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) and preventive maintenance.
• Proven leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
• Strong financial, budgeting, and analytical abilities.
