• Oversee day-to-day operations, including trade execution, client account services, fund transfers, and platform performance.
• Ensure robust compliance with regulatory requirements, including KYC, AML, and transaction monitoring.
• Collaborate with technology teams to optimize trading infrastructure and back-office systems.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional operations teams, including compliance, client services, and risk.
• Build and maintain vendor relationships (e.g., liquidity providers, payment gateways).
