Transformation happens at the local level, where abstract concepts meet day-to-day operations. This role focuses on supporting specific business areas through their change journey, adapting central approaches to meet unique functional needs. You wll build strong relationships with business leaders, understand their specific challenges, and help them navigate the practical realities of implementing change within their teams. Your ability to bridge between the transformation programme and operational areas will be crucial to ensuring sustainable adoption.
