Job summary

A leading design firm in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Landscape Architect to create and develop design concepts for various landscape architecture projects. You will manage project drafts and prepare design and construction documents. The ideal candidate has 8-12 years of experience and a degree in Landscape Architecture. This role requires strong graphic capabilities and the ability to work in a diverse environment, along with effective client communication skills.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of work experience.
• A sound understanding of landscape architectural design principles and construction methods.
• CMLI / IFLA registration preferred.

• Creating conceptual visions for a variety of private and public-sector landscape architecture projects.
• Concept design development and provide cost estimating, detail design services, contract document preparation and undertake various field services such as site inventories and construction inspection and reports.
• Management and production of project design drafting and detailing.
• Illustration of design concepts and preparation of design reports.
• Preparation and production of design and construction drawings and schematic illustrations
• Design detailing in an accurate and efficient manner
• Assisting in the preparation of schedules of quantity and cost estimates
• Illustration of design concepts and preparation of design reports.
• Ability to thrive in a multi-disciplined and multi-cultural environment.
• Ability to execute a project from concept through construction documentation.

Qualification:

• A degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited university or a combination of related education and experience.
• 8-12 years of work experience
• A sound understanding of landscape architectural design principles, practice, work requirements, and construction methods.
• CMLI / IFLA registration and internationally recognized accreditation preferred
