- Assist senior engineers in supervising site activities related to civil works, including structural, concrete, and finishing.
- Monitor daily site progress, verify contractor work, and maintain site logs.
- Support in preparing daily reports, material checklists, and quality records.
- Help in coordinating with subcontractors, safety officers, and quality control teams.
- Learn to interpret technical drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
- Participate in inspections, snag lists, and project handovers.
- Ensure adherence to HSE standards and company site protocols.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (freshers or up to 1 year of experience).
- Basic understanding of construction methods, materials, and sequencing.
- Willingness to work at construction sites in UAE weather conditions.
- Good communication skills and eagerness to learn.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD is a plus
