Job summary
A trading technology company in Dubai seeks an experienced MT5 Trade Support professional. You will be responsible for administering MT5/MT4 platforms, handling user management, and ensuring smooth trading operations. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of expertise with MT5 platform administration, strong problem-solving skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Fluency in English is essential, while Arabic is a bonus. This role offers a collaborative environment working closely with IT and Trading Teams.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience with MT5 platform administrations and Centroid Bridge.
- Strong understanding of trading operations concepts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
Responsibilities
- Administer MT5/MT4 platforms including setup and user management.
- Manage trading groups, including markups and price feeds.
- Collaborate with IT and Trading Teams for platform enhancements.
