Senior Marketing Manager Responsibilities
The Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for developing effective marketing strategies and campaigns.

Accountabilities
- Work with the team to develop a cyclical data-build strategy and maximize budget for data acquisition.
- Implement KPIs, manage performance reviews, and guide team members on execution, delivery, and professional development to reach their full potential.
- Create engaging marketing assets that influence conversion rates.
- Use analytics to enhance website design and user journey, increasing conversions and supporting marketing activities.
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to develop and optimize multi-faceted digital campaigns for different audience groups.
- Develop media partnership agreements to support campaign plans throughout the year.
- Ensure all components are delivered successfully, with technology that is fit for purpose and integrated with marketing automation and lead scoring, providing effective analytics.
- Champion interactions with all parties to increase reach and attract new business annually.
Minimum Experience
- Minimum of 5+ years of mid-level management experience.
- Strategy creation and critical path analysis.
- Experience with databases and targeted direct marketing campaigns.
- People management skills.
- Website management and user experience expertise.
- Excellent writing, proofreading, and messaging skills.
- Extensive data analysis from multiple sources.
- Budget management and decision-making experience across marketing channels.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with social media content creation, sponsored posts, and analytics.
- Good leadership skills and ability to work under pressure.
