To provide professional, efficient and compassionate nursing care to patients while ensuring their comfort, dignity and wellbeing.
- Assess patient needs by establishing rapport and understanding care requirements.
- Create a compassionate and supportive environment for patients and their families.
- Educate patients and families on medical conditions, treatment plans and self-care techniques.
- Promote patient independence through goal setting and hands-on guidance.
- Ensure quality of care by adhering to medical protocols, standards and safety guidelines.
- Participate in evaluations and recommend adjustments to treatment as necessary.
- Maintain accurate patient records and collaborate effectively with the healthcare team.
- Nationality: UAE National (Female)
- License: Valid DOH License is mandatory
- Experience: 1-3 years as a registered nurse
- Education: BSc in Nursing or equivalent diploma from an accredited nursing program
