WELLHEAD OPERATOR
Job summary
A leading services provider in the oil industry is seeking a Wellhead Operator for offshore work. The role involves supporting routine well operations, collecting well data, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree in chemical or mechanical engineering and 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the oil and gas sector. This position offers an opportunity to work with cutting-edge production equipment in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications
- 3 - 5 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry required.
- Must have knowledge of well operations and equipment.
- Experience monitoring well conditions and oil flow.
Responsibilities
- Support the department with routine well operations.
- Collect well data and samples.
- Monitor well conditions and ensure compliance with safety procedures.

Education
Work Location: Offshore
- Diploma or Degree in chemical or mechanical engineering
- 3 - 5 years experience in Oil & Gas industry
- To support the department with routine well operations.
- Collection of well data and samples.
- Well Testing.
- Operation of Production equipment.
- Operation of water separation and disposal equipment.
- Operation of DCS.
- Monitoring of well conditions, oil flow, corrosion levels & sampling etc.
- Chemical filling and injection to well.
- Pig launching and receiving on oil and gas line.
- Hot work monitoring.
- Ensure compliance to all relevant health, safety, quality and environmental management procedures and controls to guarantee employees' safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high quality products/service and a responsible environmental attitude.
