Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated QA/QC Senior Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the oil and gas industry and be familiar with ISO standards. ADNOC experience is considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control procedures and processes in accordance with ISO standards
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and project specifications
• Identify and report any non-conformities and work with project teams to develop corrective actions
• Monitor and track quality metrics and provide regular reports to managementReview and approve project documentation, including quality plans, procedures, and specifications
• Provide technical support and guidance to project teams on quality-related matters
• Conduct training and awareness sessions on quality standards and processes
• Participate in project meetings and provide input on quality-related issues
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in quality control and recommend improvements to existing processes
• Mentor and train junior QA/QC engineers and technicians

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in quality control, preferably in the oil and gas industry
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards and quality management systems
• Experience working with ADNOC is considered an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to travel and work on-site as required
• Valid professional certifications in quality control/assurance is preferred
