Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in Hospitality industry.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Supervisory role in 5-star hospitality.
  • 1-3 years in a similar position in a 5-star hospitality company.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure exceptional Guest Experience throughout the stay.
  • Conduct operational tasks in Front Office according to service standards.
  • Prevent complaints and ensure service recovery.
