1. Develop architectural and interior design concepts that align with client needs and preferences.
2. Collaborate with clients to understand their goals, budgets, and timelines for projects.
3. Create detailed design plans, drawings, and specifications for various projects.
4. Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and vendors to ensure design integrity and quality.
5. Prepare project proposals, cost estimates, and schedules for client approval.
6. Oversee the construction and installation processes to maintain design fidelity.
7. Utilize design software and programs to create visual representations of concepts.
8. Research and integrate sustainable and energy-efficient solutions into design plans.
9. Stay updated on industry trends and introduce innovative ideas to projects.
10. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
11. Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety guidelines.
12. Conduct site visits to assess project progress and address any issues promptly.

1. Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field is required.
2. Proven experience in architectural and interior design roles is essential.
3. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit is required.
4. Strong portfolio showcasing versatility and creativity in design projects.
5. Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and team members.
6. In-depth understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.
7. Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
8. Capacity to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
9. Detail-oriented with the ability to envision practical solutions for complex problems.
10. Knowledge of sustainable design principles and practices is highly desirable.
