About the Role :

Landscape Architect

Join a global professional services leader. We are committed to solving the worlds biggest challenges in the areas of water, energy, and urbanization.

We have an opportunity for a Landscape Architect to join our team in the UAE.

Your responsibilities are:

1. Perform all phases of the design process including Concept, Schematic, and Detailed Design Documentation, writing specification reports, 3D modeling, submittals & permitting, hardscape and plant material selection.
2. Deliver entire technical landscape packages independently with review from the senior team.
3. Organize project materials & information according to the Design Process.
4. Coordinate with all fields and subconsultants.
5. Connect with highly effective questions and problem-solving skills.
6. Manage, coordinate, and lead landscape design projects independently with less oversight.
7. Participate in Technical Design workshops / Design charettes.
8. Lead the production of project design reports and detailing.
9. Provide landscape design solutions from Concept to DD.
10. Must have worked / completed Landscape projects using Revit.
11. Understand all applicable UAE authorities' requirements and coordinate with various fields' technical inputs into a project.
12. Coordinate with design Engineers for resolution of related issues.

About you:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in the area of expertise.
2. Registered professional membership is preferred.
3. Minimum 5 years of experience in UAE and the Gulf region.
4. Proficiency in the following programs is a must: AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop, Sketchup (or similar 3D programs), InDesign, Illustrator, Excel, and other MS Office programs.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
6. Ability to be organized, proactive, and prioritize multiple tasks both independently and with the team.
7. Aware of the UAE public realm guidelines generally and International standard methodologies of Landscape Architecture.
