As a Senior Interior Designer at Archcorp, you will play a pivotal role in leading and executing interior design projects of varying scales and complexities. Your expertise in interior design and proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) software will be instrumental in delivering top‑notch design solutions that exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Lead and oversee interior design projects from concept development to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Design Development: Create and refine design concepts, mood boards, and space planning that align with client objectives and project requirements.
• BIM Expertise: Utilize BIM software (such as Autodesk Revit) to develop detailed 3D models, construction drawings, and documentation for all phases of a project.
• Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams including architects, engineers, and contractors to coordinate design efforts and resolve design‑related issues.
• Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their needs, present design proposals, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the project lifecycle.
• Material and Finish Selection: Research and specify materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures that meet design criteria, aesthetic goals, and budget constraints.
