Job Description

• Develop and implement comprehensive HSE policies and procedures tailored to each project phase.
• Ensure compliance with all local HSE laws and regulations.
• Lead risk assessments, safety audits, and environmental impact assessments.
• Liaise with project managers, contractors, and government bodies to ensure alignment with HSE goals.
• Drive incident investigation and root cause analysis, ensuring timely corrective actions.
• Prepare and deliver HSE reports, documentation, and presentations to stakeholders.
• Train and mentor site personnel in HSE best practices.
• Foster a proactive safety culture across all project levels.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of HSE experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial/project role.
• Proven track record in managing HSE in large-scale industrial, construction, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and international standards (ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
