Job summary

A leading company in the oil and gas sector is seeking a Site HSE Manager for a PMC EPC project in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 12–15 years of HSE experience in construction, with at least 5 years in a lead role managing a team. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering and NEBOSH IGC or equivalent certification are required. This role offers the chance to work on ADNOC EPC Mega Projects, contributing to safety management in a dynamic environment.

Experience Required

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a specialist HSE role.
• NEBOSH IGC or equivalent (subject to approval by ADNOC Group).
• Other HSE certifications (considered at ADNOC Group discretion) – mandatory.
• Lead auditor for ISO 45001/ISO 14001 or equivalent.
• Incident investigation technique.
• Additional HSE trainings or certifications will be an advantage.
• Experience with ADNOC EPC Mega Projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required.
