Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct full-cycle recruitment for various roles, focusing on the needs of the Arabic-speaking workforce.
  • Source and attract candidates using creative strategies and targeted outreach within Arabic-speaking regions.
  • Screen resumes and conduct interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications and suitability.
  • Manage relationships with hiring managers to effectively understand staffing requirements and align candidate profiles with organizational needs.
  • Utilize your language skills to ensure clear communication with Arabic-speaking candidates and provide an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system.
