A leading HR consultancy firm in Dubai is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to drive business growth and expand the client base across the UAE. This role involves promoting HR consultancy and technology solutions, developing sales plans, and building long-term relationships with decision-makers like COOs and CFOs. The ideal candidate should have 3-4 years of B2B sales experience, preferably within HR consultancy, and strong communication skills. A valid UAE driving license is required to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

  • 3-4 years of B2B sales experience preferably within HR consultancy or related sectors in the UAE.
  • Experience selling into COOs, CFOs, HR, Payroll, and Operations roles.
  • Valid UAE driving license.

Responsibilities

  • Promote HR consultancy services including recruitment outsourcing, training, payroll, and HR tech solutions.
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and client engagement.
  • Build and manage strong long-term relationships with corporate clients.
  • Prepare and present customized proposals aligned with client needs and business goals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Provide market feedback and insights to support business strategy and service improvement.

This role focuses on selling HR consultancy and HR technology solutions including EOR and building long-term relationships with COOs CFOs HR and Payroll leaders contributing to the companys market expansion.

Key Responsibilities
