A global fintech company in the UAE is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to join their Core development team. This role involves building, maintaining, and designing features across their web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in JavaScript, TypeScript, and React, and a strong commitment to user experience. Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of commercial experience with JavaScript and TypeScript.
  • Experience with React, React Native, and GraphQL.
  • General understanding of Swift, Objective-C, and Java.
  • Experience with AWS and server-side JS (e.g., Node JS).

Responsibilities

  • Development of the frontend architecture including creating and maintaining core web and mobile components.
  • Work with senior engineers to drive and deliver on the product roadmap.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to other frontend and mobile engineers.
  • Find elegant solutions to usability problems and build pixel-perfect UIs.
  • Engineer new features that work seamlessly across platforms.
