Role Description
Insight360 is currently seeking a versatile and dedicated professional to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, as a Legal & HR Associate. This unique role is designed for a law graduate who will be responsible for drafting and managing legal documents, internal policies, contracts, and providing counsel on legal compliance, along with supporting essential HR functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, outstanding organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to addressing legal and HR needs within our dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and manage agreements and contracts with internal stakeholders, external companies, business partners, suppliers, consultants, and teaming agreements, along with internal company policies and other legal documentation, ensuring clarity, compliance, and the protection of company interests.
- Advise management on legal compliance across various areas, including labor law, corporate governance, data privacy, and other relevant regulations.
- Assist with HR-related responsibilities including preparation and processing of employment contracts, visas, employee records management, and internal HR policies.
- Act as a liaison between the company and external legal counsel, regulatory bodies, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Conduct research and analysis on pertinent legal matters, providing clear and practical recommendations to management.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive company and employee information.
- Collaborate effectively with various departments to ensure company-wide legal and HR alignment.
- Keep abreast of legal developments relevant to the company's industry and region, proactively advising the team on necessary adaptations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Law from an accredited university is a must; additional qualification in HR or related field is advantageous.
- Proven experience drafting contracts, legal documents, and advising on corporate legal compliance; prior HR experience strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor law, corporate governance, and compliance requirements, additional knowledge in KSA laws and regulations is a plus.
- Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English; Arabic language proficiency is highly desirable.
- Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the capability to communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactive and adaptable with a willingness to learn, take initiative, and contribute positively to team objectives.
- Experience in data analytics, technology industry, or related fields is considered a plus.
