Job description

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Chef de Partie (CDP) – Indian Cuisine to join our kitchen team. This role requires hands‑on expertise in curry preparation and tandoori cooking techniques. If you are passionate about authentic Indian flavours and take pride in delivering consistent quality, this opportunity is for you!

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare a wide range of curries, gravies with consistency and authenticity
• Expertly handle tandoori items, including marination, skewering, cooking, and temperature control
• Ensure top-quality taste, texture, and presentation for all Indian dishes
• Lead and support commis chefs during daily operations
• Maintain food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards at all times
• Assist with stock control, ordering, and mise‑en‑place
• Work with the Sous Chef and Head Chef for smooth kitchen operations

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven experience as a CDP in Indian cuisine
• Strong knowledge of curry bases, spices, masalas, and authentic Indian cooking methods
• Hands‑on tandoor experience (breads, kebabs, tikkas)
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume kitchen
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Immediate joiners preferred
