We are hiring an experienced Sales Manager Freight Forwarding to lead and grow our logistics business in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on experience in air sea and land freight excellent client handling skills and the ability to manage end-to-end sales and operations coordination.

This role requires someone who can independently take ownership of business development key accounts pricing and overall growth in a competitive freight forwarding market.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive new business development in freight forwarding (Air Sea & Land)
• Manage and grow key client accounts and long‑term customer relationships
• Coordinate with operations documentation and customer service teams for smooth shipments
• Negotiate rates with clients carriers and overseas agents
• Prepare sales forecasts pipelines and performance reports
• Build and manage strong relationships with overseas agents and partners
• Oversee day‑to‑day sales activities and ensure revenue targets are achieved
• Represent the company at client meetings and industry events

REQUIREMENTS

58 years of proven experience in freight forwarding sales.

Strong knowledge of Air Freight Sea Freight (FCL/LCL) and Land Transportation

Existing client base and strong industry network in the UAE (preferred)

Ability to handle sales operations independently from lead generation to closure

Excellent communication negotiation and relationship‑management skills

Results‑driven mindset with strong commercial acumen

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience handling key accounts and large‑volume shipments
• Knowledge of local regulations customs processes and logistics compliance in the UAE
• Leadership experience or capability to build and manage a sales team
