We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in the field of freight forwarding. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and executing the sales strategy to drive revenue growth, foster client relationships, and expand market share within the freight forwarding industry. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales management, a deep understanding of logistics and freight forwarding, and the ability to lead a high-performing sales team.

Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy and Planning:
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals and objectives.
    • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and support to enhance the performance and professional growth of team members.
  • Client Relationship Management:
