Job summary

A leading international EPC Group is seeking an Expeditor to ensure the timely delivery of materials and vendor documentation for Oil & Gas projects. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, and 3-7 years of experience in an expediting role within EPC projects. Join a passionate team making impactful contributions to communities worldwide. This position offers a full-time role with no remote work options.

Qualifications

  • 3-7 years of expediting experience in EPC projects, ideally in Oil & Gas.
  • Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, piping, or structural fabrication.
  • Ability to read engineering drawings and understand technical documents.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely delivery of materials and vendor documentation.
  • Oversee assigned Purchase Orders from award to delivery.
  • Track and document vendor performance for future evaluations.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business or a related field
