A premium wellness brand based in Dubai is seeking a Reformer Pilates & Fitness Coach. The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience as a certified Pilates instructor and a background in luxury fitness or hospitality. Responsibilities include leading classes and maintaining high standards of presentation. The role offers a competitive salary of AED 6500 plus an excellent commission structure, duty meals, and opportunities for career growth. Reporting to: SPA & Recreation Manager / Pilates & Fitness Supervisor
- Minimum 4 years experience as a certified Pilates Instructor (Reformer)
- Luxury fitness/hospitality background preferred
- Strong personality excellent communication and ability to inspire
- Physically fit and able to demonstrate exercises safely
- Willing to work flexible shifts and maintain high presentation standards

- Initial quota: 30 classes
- From the 31st class onwards: AED 200 per session
- Other classes (outside GX): AED 250 per session
- 120 sessions/month: 25% commission
- 2140 sessions/month: 35% commission
- 4160 sessions/month: 50% commission
- 61 sessions/month: 60% commission
- Per session rate: AED 350 to 450
