We are seeking an experienced Foreman to oversee and manage daily site operations within the interior fit-out and paints division. The ideal candidate will ensure that all site activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in line with project specifications and deadlines.
This role requires strong leadership skills, technical knowledge of surface preparation and paint application processes, and the ability to coordinate multiple teams on fast-paced fit-out projects.
- Supervise and coordinate on-site fit-out and painting activities, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Enforce compliance with safety, quality, and project specifications at all times.
- Plan, allocate, and monitor workforce and materials to meet project timelines.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors for seamless workflow.
- Inspect site conditions and verify surface preparation and paint application methods.
- Resolve on-site issues quickly and ensure minimal disruption to project progress.
- Conduct daily briefings with site staff and maintain attendance and progress logs.
- Ensure the proper maintenance and use of tools, equipment, and safety gear.
- Track material usage and request replenishment in advance to avoid downtime.
- Prepare and submit daily work reports and highlight potential risks or delays.
- Experience: 2–5 years in interior fit-out, painting, or finishing works.
- Education: Diploma or technical certification in Civil, Interior Design, or related discipline.
- License: Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
