Qualifications

• 2–5 years in interior fit-out, painting, or finishing works.
• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate on-site fit-out and painting activities.
• Enforce compliance with safety, quality, and project specifications.
• Plan, allocate, and monitor workforce and materials to meet project timelines.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Inspect site conditions and verify surface preparation and paint application methods.
• Resolve on-site issues quickly.
• Conduct daily briefings with site staff.
• Ensure the proper maintenance and use of tools, equipment, and safety gear.
• Track material usage and request replenishment.
• Prepare and submit daily work reports.
