Job summary
A healthcare facility in Dubai is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse specialized in Orthopedic Operating Theatre procedures. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of nursing experience, including at least 1 year in the UAE, and preferably hold a DHA license. Responsibilities include assisting in orthopedic surgeries, ensuring compliance with OT protocols, and monitoring patient care. Immediate joiners are preferred and candidates must thrive in a fast-paced surgical environment.
Qualifications
- 4–5 years of experience in Orthopedic OT nursing, with at least 1 year of UAE experience.
- DHA License preferred or eligibility to obtain.
Responsibilities
- Assist in pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative orthopedic procedures.
- Maintain sterile field and ensure adherence to OT protocols.
- Support surgeons during orthopedic interventions.
- Monitor patient vitals and administer medications.
- Ensure accurate documentation of procedures and patient records.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Uphold infection control standards.

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse with specialized experience in Orthopedic Operating Theatre (OT) procedures. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical knowledge and hands‑on expertise in orthopedic surgical support, and a proactive approach to patient care within a fast‑paced surgical environment.
- Assist in pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative orthopedic procedures
- Maintain sterile field and ensure adherence to OT protocols
- Support surgeons during orthopedic interventions including joint replacements, fracture fixations, and arthroscopies
- Monitor patient vitals and administer medications as per surgical requirements
- Ensure accurate documentation of procedures and patient records
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize surgical outcomes
- Uphold infection control standards and patient safety protocols
- Experience: 4–5 years in Orthopedic OT nursing with a minimum of 1 year UAE experience
- Licensure: DHA License preferred (or eligibility to obtain)
- Strong knowledge of orthopedic surgical procedures and instrumentation
- Proficiency in OT protocols and sterile techniques
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic surgical schedules
- Language: Proficient in English; Arabic is an advantage
- Candidates must be available for immediate joining
- Preference will be given to applicants with valid DHA licensure and UAE experience
